NEWS: Eachine Aurora RC mini

It’s simple they updated/improved almost all elements. For example motors are now 1106/5500KV so super much powerfull than classic 1104 motors for such size. Associated with them, some 2540 triblades props should offer impressive boost from 3S. The open question are they also 4S compatible ? seems to yes according to the full caracteristic. For ESC we have a 4-in-1 28A !!!! BLheli_S/Dshot600 and can accept also 4S Li-Hv batteries!!!! The 48CH 5.8G has a switchable power module from 25mW up to 200mW !!! More the camera is a 1/3″ CCD model with 1500TVL and of fov of 135 degrees !!!!!!! No information about the light sensitivity but should be great as well. The flight controller is a F3 + betaflight (we could expect a F4). The BEC delivers up to 3A so largely enough for the VTX, camera and the FC. Seems to be a super new great flyer from Eachine. 3 BNF version are proposed: 1) FrSky D8 (with RSSI ?), 2) FlySky AFHDS-2A and 3) Spektrum DSM2/X as well as a PNP version. Be aware no battery in the bundle but they need to be with a XT30 connector.

    This new Aurora model seems raise all micro brushless racing copter thing into new level. 1106 5500KV motors and 28A ESC seems definitely support 4S.I like those new generation 2540 Gemfan props. All thing from distance look like 5″ racing quad and probably behave similar in air. Even on 3S with 2540 props it should be fast.

    For me it look as smaller brother of BFight 210 quad. Very similar.

    Hi SebyDocky,

    this quad looks like regular quads. Chinese manufacturers keep making the same quad with small upgrades like 200mW vtx.

    Can you tell your contacts to start making micro quads with RunCam Split ? This is a big upgrade that lots of people will like.

      Well here the camera is also upgraded to a CCD model (instead of classic CMOS) with a builtin OSD to tune some internal parameters. Should be much better in term of results.
      But I agree, now it’s time to have a compact 100-110mm machine with a builtin runcam split 2 :). I am sure Runcam can even reduce the size & weight of their product. Should be incredible 🙂
